Happy 1 2 3

On Wednesday, while working at retail store, there one customer praised and complimented me on my good customer service. This is my first time that customer really praised me and wanted to write complimentary form. I'm so surprised and speechless..


I am not sure how should I respond to this customer. I always tried my best and offered my help to the customer. I served with pride and courtesy to the customer.


We should polite, friendly and offered our best standard of customer service to our customer. As for customer wise, they should treat sales personnel friendly and nice to them. If sales personnel treat them well, the customer should praise them so that they will do it better!


Customer should not treat Sales personnel as an animal! If you are rusty to the Sales Personnel, of course they will rusty to you! Remember, Customer are not always right!


Anyway, I am so happy!! Thank you for this customer who shine my day =D
